The Position 

  • Receives and inspects all incoming materials, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.

  • Maintain records of deliveries.

  • Proper inventory control from preparation to posting in the inventory system.

  • Storekeeping of valued materials.

  • Proper monitoring and documentation of in and out of materials.

  • Sending of project materials and machineries to different sites with proper documentation.

  • Controlling the consumables.

  • Proper monitoring of tools in and out.

  • Procurement of materials.

  • Compiles records.

  • Verification of supplies received versus listed on requisitions and invoices.

  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/Manager.

  • Ability to travel / re-allocation.

  • Loading / unloading shipments of materials & equipment.

  • Perform any additional requirements as requested by Management.

  • Preparing reports as required by Management. 

Qualifications 

  • At least High School or College graduate

  • Minimum 3-5 years related experience

  • 25-35 years of age

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Good in English written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently, takes initiative and sets priorities

The Service Sales Engineer will dedicate himself to the best of his ability to improve the profitability of the Company and its affiliates. The Service Sales Engineer will be working all over the MENA region and reports to the Head of Service Sales-MENA. 

The Position 

  • Has commercial responsibility for (sales) relations in the region. Should actively manage, maintain relations, and develop new relations (sales acquisition).

  • Translates a customer request into a quotation.

  • Costing and selecting the suitable equipment.

  • Prepares quotations including technical specifications.

  • Negotiation and finalization of the quotations with the clients.

  • Coordinating all activities together with the Service Manager and other departments of the company.

  • After receipt of orders: prepares order confirmations, purchase orders and follows up till shipment of the material.

  • Sales support to branch offices and distributors in the region.

  • Tender evaluation, preliminary costing, preparation of specifications and offers.

  • Reports both formal and informal to Service Manager regarding daily business in the assigned region.

  • Consults customers, suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Consults service engineers, project managers and project sales engineers. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical (Industrial Refrigeration Engineering is an advantage)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales activities within the Middle East

  • Age between 35 – 45

  • Good communication, self-presentation and negotiation skills

The Position 

  • Define optimal solutions, approach and costing to suite customer’s needs. You will also Support Service, Spare parts and components team as required in growing aftermarket Service business.

  • Responsible for the sale of refrigeration solutions in the food and chemical industry.

  • Responsible in prospecting, maintains relationships with existing customers and assess requests on technical and commercial feasibility.

  • It concerns challenging sales projects where your customers advises on specific solutions for refrigeration issues.

  • Along with the sales support team, you will be responsible for the preparation of an appropriate quotation.

  • Follow up quotation, close the contracts and ensures timely, clear internal communication and transfer to project management.

  • Afterwards stay involved in the progress of the project.

  • In addition to the direct sales task, update your market plans and will keep you informed of developments of the product range of GEA.

  • You will participate in relevant trade fairs and organizes meetings for potential customers.

The Senior HR Officer will be reporting to the HR Manager.  

The Position  

  • Perform HR Generalist role with demonstrable experience working across MENA countries, he/she will be responsible for all HR/Admin related support across employee’s work life cycle within the company.

  • Working with the HRM to implement best practices and procedures to streamline existing processes.

  • Serve as an escalation point for personnel and employee relations issues by providing guidance and intervention as needed to employees and line managers to resolve personnel and vocational issues.

  • Ensure proper onboarding for newcomers and enroll them into company recruitment system, HRIS, File preparation, Visa processing, open bank accounts, registering in medical insurance…etc.

  • Be a clear communicator who is pro-active, logical, analytical and results-oriented further to exceptional problem solve solutions and initiate realistic innovations to maintain better work environment.

  • Thrive in managing numerous tasks accurately and simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Supervise the regular HR day2day tasks for HO and all satellite offices that includes but not limited to daily attendance, leaves, OT, business travel expenses, payroll, contracts, local bylaws..etc.

  • Conduct employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities such as handover of handbook, company introduction, code of conduct, internal policies and procedures and communications.  

Qualifications  

  • HR Generalist/Officer with HR degree working in matrix organization supporting diverse, complex and rapid business culture.

  • Professional HR certificate would be advantage but not essential.

  • flexible, enthusiastic, pro-active, result oriented team member whom can perform under pressure.

  • Minimum of 6-8 years experience in HR on which 3 years as HR Senior Officer.

  • Knowledge in Labor law and payroll management

  • Extensive knowledge about MENA region labor laws and local regulations.

  • Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HRIS (Oracle) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired

  • Excellent English communication skills, fluency in Arabic would be an advantage but not mandatory

  • Knowledgeable with basic research methods and reporting techniques

  • Must be professional with great time-management, multi-task, and can handle confidential files and documents

  • Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to quickly establish a rapport

    with people.
