GRADE Refrigeration is an Industrial Refrigeration contractor operating in the MENA region. The Accountant will dedicate himself to the best of his ability to improve the profitability of the Company and its affiliates. The Accountant will be reporting technically to the Financial Manager and administratively to the Country Area Manager.
The Position

Posting AR and AP (trade and non-trade)

Posting Bank transaction

Posting cash transactions
-
Preparation of statements and overviews as required

Handling Petty cash (disbursement and collection)
-
Preparing vouchers (cash, bank etc.)

Preparing invoices
-
HR (Time sheets, Leave sheets)
-
General Administration
-
Preparing and releasing of Monthly Salaries
-
Preparing local schedules up to Finalization for Audit purpose

Handling of the Annual Audit
-
Handling Morocco VAT and other Taxes
-
Handling Morocco Social Security
Qualifications
-
Fluent in English & French
-
Age 25-45
-
Degree in Accounting or Finance
-
At least 5 years Morocco working experience in an accountant’s assistant or accountant position

Familiar with accounting software preferred QuickBooks or Similar

Good communicator
