GRADE Refrigeration is an Industrial Refrigeration contractor operating in the MENA region. The Service Execution Team Lead will dedicate himself to the best of his ability to improve the profitability of the Company and its affiliates. The Service Execution Team Lead will be reporting technically to the Head of Service Execution and administratively to the Country Area Manager. 

The Position

• Responsible for preparation, execution and reporting on the various service interventions and projects assigned

• Installation & commissioning, validation & calibration of screw and reciprocating compressors

• Preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs of equipment

• Advise, support, and cooperate with clients contractors, project managers and service engineers on functional upgrades, controls upgrades, HSE upgrades, when required

• Conducts maintenance & operator training

• Trouble shooting and assessment of refrigeration plants

• Support the sales team for the spare parts, components, services, service contract in the RFQ and in the technically stage

• Support Instrumentation team through execution and commissioning of PLC and SCADA programs and other controllers at new projects as well as diagnosing and troubleshooting of automation issues during service visits.
  Support building PLC and SCADA programs of new projects if required

• Direct and oversee service team activities and personnel

• Always oversee and ensure high safety standards 

• Direct production activities to ensure safety and compliance with quality control standards, regulatory

• Always oversee and ensure good housekeeping at site Insure accurate documentation of production and quality control and records

• Coordinate daily activities of Customer service operations, and the execution

• Weekly service activities and action plans

• Ensure client file integrity (documents, analytical information where required communication notations etc.

• Customer service and retention

• Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the area manager, Head of Service execution and staff with development of long range and annual plans and with evaluation reporting of progress on plans

• Support the content, production and distribution of all marketing and publicity materials (posters, program, flyers, brochures ……etc.

• Daily Leadership by example to build a great team who consistently demonstrate expected behaviors through setting, measuring and raising standards and performance

• Service team development and training

• Compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting

• Support in the annual leaves plan of the team to ensure there will be no disturbance in the work

• Analyze employee performance and administrative reports, assess performance goals, and identify gaps  

Qualifications 

• Mechanical / Electrical Engineering graduate with ammonia and industrial refrigeration experience

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in ammonia industrial refrigeration

• Familiar with P&ID drawings, mechanical and electrical drawings

• Fluent in English, Arabic would be added advantage

• Willing to be abroad and travel frequently
