GEA GRADE Refrigeration is an Industrial Refrigeration contractor operating in the MENA region. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will dedicate him/herself to the best of his/her ability to improve the profitability of the Company in the corporate office. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be reporting directly to HR/Admin Manager. 

The Position 

  • Ability to start sharing efforts in a startup HR Functions in a corporate base assignment.

  • Involved in the day to day HR aspects in a corporate level including but not limited to the following: recruitment, Induction of new staff, Training, Employee Relations, Exit interview, employment contracts, Employee’s data records, Employee’s Compensation & Benefits, career-pathing, Manpower Planning, Organization Charts, Manpower Tracking, as well as implementing policies and procedures.

  • Oversee the hiring of talents and assist the company in hiring and building a strong employment brand through attracting best in class talent from across the globe to support our teams in UAE & MENA region.

  • Define and facilitate the recruitment strategy both locally and across the Middle East region.

  • Maintain the recruitment Flowchart and guidelines to fulfill the required openings by qualified talented calibers on time within recruitment budget.

  • Strongly have various cost effective sourcing options.

  • Develop & recommend talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans in order to enable recruitment of talented resources, keeping in mind diversity & company culture.

  • Supervise all onboarding procedures including Job offering, resident Visas processing, Liaising with travel desk, new staff Orientation on a local level and liaising with other regional offices to ensure Onboarding procedures and required documents are actioned.

  • Supporting the HRM in developing a comprehensive orientation program to ensure that new joiners are managed effectively and have all the information and the support they need.

  • Conduct exit interviews and supervise the exit process including final settlements and cancellation of all documents.

  • Well maintained records of Employee compensation and benefits in particular Medical Insurance, Travel & WC policy in order to administer regular communication with Insurance companies and keep on regular updates new regulations for employee’s updates.

  • Keep up to date records on employee’s remunerations within the company against similar positions in the market. 

  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection process, not limited to sourcing & screening candidates, calls, scheduling interviews, initial interviews etc. and liaising with various department heads & country Managers to ensure closing of requirements and attaining optimum satisfaction.

  • Build strong partnership with recruitment agencies across MENA to drive the staffing agenda to ensure the identification and hiring of the best candidates for the organization. 


  • In Order to apply it is expected that you will possess at least 5 years’ experience within a similar HR Generalist capacity, preferably in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administrative or equivalent is required.

  • Excellent listening, interviewing and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiar with HRIS, preferable Oracle.

  • Microsoft office skills in particular Excel & Visio.

  • Open to working in matrix structure.

  • Open to work long hours, and under strenuous timelines.

  • Good Acknowledgment of MENA Labor Law.

  • People oriented and looking to work within a Team.

  • Self-starter with leadership skills.

  • Dependability - being reliable, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligation.

  • Initiative - willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.

  • Fluent English both written and verbal.
