GEA GRADE Refrigeration is an industrial Refrigeration contractor operating in the MENA region. The Junior Storekeeper will dedicate himself to the best of his ability to improve the profitability of the Company and its affiliates. The Junior Storekeeper reports to the Purchasing Officer.
The Position

Checks, receives, inspects and labels all incoming materials, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.

Physical stock arrangement and storekeeping of valued materials

Maintain records of delivery, files appropriate to the activities of the unit, invoices, order number, receiving date, shipping date and prepare report.

Proper inventory control from preparation to posting in the inventory system

Proper monitoring and documentation of in and out of materials.

Sending of project materials and machineries to different sites with proper documentation.

Controlling the consumables.

Controls and carries out the lending and renting of tools, equipment, devise and machinery.

Ensures that all are kept in good condition, ensure the cleanliness of stock area

Procurement of materials.

Verification of supplies received versus listed on requisitions and invoices.

Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/Manager.
Qualifications

At least High School or University graduate

25-35 years of age

Experience with heavy equipment and machineries

Proficient in Microsoft Office
-
Good English written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to work independently, takes initiative and sets priorities
